Application：
The products are
widely used in tires, wire and cable, seals and other rubber
processing field, used alone or in combination with aromatic oil,
to reduce the rubber's Mooney viscosity, for softened,
plasticized purpose.
A viscous liquid at
room temperature, a solid state through vulcanization, can be
used as a room temperature curable rubber.
Added to
polyurethane, asphalt and other materials,is used in the
modified.
Range Of
Application：
As a plasticizing
agent, this product can add to the natural rubber, butadiene
rubber ( NR ) ( BR ) ( IR ), isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene
rubber ( SBR, block or random ), amyl benzene rubber ( SIR, block
or random ),ethylene
propylene diene monomer (EPDM) and other types of the low
polar rubber, effectively reduce the Mooney viscosity of rubber,
in favor of the mixing and processing.
Product
Advantage：
In the rubber
vulcanization process, IR***5 is involved in the reaction.
Compared with Non reactive plasticizer,improved the strength,
hardness and elongation of the rubber products. In the final
products, it is not easy to move, not easily be solvent
extraction, thus improving the rubber aging resistance.
Use-method:
For plasticizer,

rubber and other materials, participate in the mixing process.
