Machine is suitable for handling wash of different size of vials
basically from 2ml to **0ml vials sizes.
As it is Tunnel Type Design, it can be easily synchronized with
any make of Sterilizing Tunnel without any alteration
All parts coming in contact with washing zone are made from SS
**6 materials (cGMP Model)
Machine designed considering all safety features and devices to
ensure smooth and silent operation with HIGH rated output.
Water recycling arrangement is possible as per requirement.
Washing Cycle and Washing Timing can be adjusted as per
requirement.
Inner and outer Vial Washing ensure total cleaning.
Washing chamber having various spray zones and spray duration is
electrically controlled.
HIGH pressure spray nozzles enter into the vials during washing
time to insure perfect wash of vials.
Machine Provided with SS***6 pumps and SS***6 tanks.
Additional tanks and pumps will be provided as per requirement.
Virtually maintenance free machine due to simplified design.
Fully functional PLC with Touch Screen for the whole operation of
the machine (Optional).
