We the JSC KIROV-NGDU Herein wish to introduce our Refinery-Supplier Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) for Petroleum Products for immediate delivery on the basis of Tank Take Over (TTO-CIF) board on Sea.

In addition, we are capable to also supply on the basis of CIF, CFR, FOB-ROTTERDAM-HOUSTON. The attached file to the brief mail is the authorized (SCO) for your review upon acceptance to the inserted Transaction Working Procedures and Payment Terms, Buyer has to issue official ICPO so that we can submit to our Refinery for further proceeding.
