Legumes, such as, lentils, clover, alfaalfa, soybeans, peas, beans
are subjected to process for designated purposes.
CLEANING: First the legumes are cleaned by eleminating the
impurities such as dust, stone, earth, stalk etc..
PEELING/DE-HULLING; then, the membrane is peeled by our hulling
machines.
SPLITTING: Depending on the demand they are also splitted into two
pieces after they are graded.
POLISHING & PACKAGING; Cleaned, graded, splitted or not
splitted products are polished by natural vegetable oil or pure
water before they are packed into specified size and material of
bags.
