(1) Phospholipids are the main raw materials of lipoproteins in the cell membrane system, so they are one of the most important basic substances for the formation of life. The proportion of phospholipids in nervous and visceral systems is higher than that in other systems. Phospholipid accounts for more than *0% of the fat content in yolk, and the proportion of phosphatide in fish and shrimp eggs is very high. It can be seen that phosphatide is one of the most important substances affecting the life activities of egg-laying animals.  

(2) Phospholipids are important components of lipoproteins in the blood, and are the means of transportation of lipids in the blood. They ensure that newly absorbed lipid nutrients and fat-soluble vitamins are transported to the liver and other metabolic organs in a timely manner. It plays an important role in regulating the normal working state of cardiovascular and hepatobiliary system.
