Instruction
Acidic protease GR-M**1 is an acidic proteolytic enzyme, can used
as a leather soften auxiliary. Used in poor quality leather,
promote smoothness and increase skin acreage. It can be used in
acidic process, such as acid pickling, dual-face and wet blue
reforming process.
Temperature & PH
range
When using leather enzyme, product properties are based on
technologies, like PH value, temperature, time, natural
characteristics of substrate and enzyme activity, and so on.
All the factors have influence on product using effects.
Acidic soften enzyme GR-M**1 function temperature is same as
typical soften process (about ****8℃), even the enzyme optimum
activity effected temperature is ****0℃. Acidic soften enzyme
has a wide effected PH range, which is 3.**6.5, the optimum is
4.5.
Due to versatility of enzyme itself, acidic soften enzyme can be
used in other leather processes, such as, wet blue reforming
process. It can improve quality of wet-blue leather, improve
leather softness.
Usage
guidance
Acidic soften enzyme GR-M**1 is a finished enzyme which can be
used directly. Can be added based on requirements, or mixed using
with other auxiliaries as a soften material.
Recommended dosage: 0.5%*1.5% (calculate by leather weight), the
technology is: in peeled or deacidification, add in the remaining
****0 minutes; in alkalization process, *****0minutes before
using retanning agent, use the products; or use in advance in the
neutralization process.
Leather diversity and different resources, local production
operating environment all can affect leather enzyme using
effects, recommend to do small testing under same production
operating environment, then do mass production.This can avoid
damage and influence to hide because of excessive or different
process. Particularly to less quality leather, process technology
and time must be more accurate.

Shelf
life:shelf life is *2 months under correct
storage condition. If stored in high temperature or high moisture
for long time, should increase dosage to reach desired
effects.
