The composition of set layer cage as below,

Cage, A frame, feeding through, feeder connector, water tank(or water pressure regulator), filter, water pipe, connectors, nipple drinker and so on.

4.Feeder connector

Used for connecting two feeding through, and cover the end of the feeding through.

Adopt new pure native PE raw material, strong toughness and resistance to fall off, anti-aging. 

6.Filter

Installed at the inlet end of the water piper to ensure that chicken can drink the clean water.

7.water pressure regulator

Adjust the water pressure to ensure that every chicken can drink water easily.

8.Water pipe

Used for connecting water tank or water pressure regulator supply water to nipple drinker for chicken drinking.

The producting process of the chicken cage wire mesh ,

(1)Straighten wire:straight wire machine straighten the bending wire 

(2)Cut the wire:the straight wire machine has cut function,according to the requirements of the cage mesh, cut the wire into different length.

(3)Welding: the aperture of the bottom mesh is same,it is finished by the automatic welding and cutting machine, the aperture of other cage mesh like top mesh, back mesh, parting mesh and door are not same. They are finished by artificial and welding machine

(4)Trimming: after cage mesh finish,cutting machine remove burrs.

(5)Bending: front mesh and bottom mesh are formed by bending machine completed at one time.

(6)Surface treatment: through hot galvanization,cold galvanization, and PVC coating ,the whole cage mesh production process finish.
