Manjor functions and features

Each sensor on the left and rigth for checking two directions. Two-way normally closed node output each side.
Voice alarm, continuous and three-times voice mode can be switched, adjustable volume.

System block diagrams

Optical system:
1. A displayer, A sensor, A reflector, this system is single controlled;
2. A display, 2 Sensors, 2 reflectors, This system is double controlled;

AE**1C Adjustment:
1, Press shelf-check , red alarm light are burning, relay has the output(pic. 4)
2, AE**1A transmit the signal to the displyer, the homologous red alarm light burns. Press the"pause" , the voice stops.
3, Press"Volume +" or"Volume " to adjust the volume.
4, Press"Mode", voice mode can be switched between " Continuous" and "Three times".

AE**1A adjustment: AE**1A set-up panel as pic. 5, the set-up steps as follow:
1, Offer DC ****0V to AE**1A. Point AE**1A correctly to the reflector.
2, Rotate"Align"to Q1, Press"Teach", Indicator light Flashes. When the light are steady burning, the distance S1 is setted successfully.
3, Set S2(Q2) per the same above procedure.
4, Rotate"Align"to"Run", all settings are done.
5, When the distance between AE**1A and reflector is not larger than S1, Q1 outputs. When the distance between.
AE**1A and reflector is not larger than S2, Q2 outputs.
Notice:

AE**1C only can be fixed indoor.
Check the voltage of power and AE**1C whether they are corresponding.
Connect the cables according to the wiring diagram, Do not make the short circuit.
The temperature rise is normal when use the controller.
Keep the lentiform of reflector and sensor clear. Pollution will affect the reliablility. What's worse, the product will be scrap. Please clear the products every 6 months periodically.
