The hammer assembly was processed separated, each split was machined from a whole high-strength steel plate, impact-resistant, high strength.
The self-hold fixture guarantees high reliable safety, holding the hammer and self-locking immediately.
The frame of the feeding device is overall machined , no welding,with high strength, equipped with sample jaw blocks made from high-quality steel quenched, high hardness and wear resistance, dovetail slot structure is adopt bwteen the clip block and holder.
Buffer cylinder is designed specially according to the tear drop weight impact properties, buffer high-energy, effectively absorb the dump energy of drop hammer.  
Motorized  recovery device is used for collecting broken specimens after impact instead of manual cleaning, which fully improves security and efficiency.
Special protective enclosure and multiple safety protection device keep the operator from flying scraps.
Fault alarm system, such as specimen locating fail, hammer self-locking fail, protective enclosure close fail, and hammer position fail and so on.
