When you are looking for outsourcing for large part machining service, you must be sure firstly if the service providers machine tool has large enough capacity, that means there shall be machine tools with sufficient capacity, the machine bed to be size large enough, to be strong enough to load large work piece, the travel of each axis, X, Y, Z, W, C to be large enough to machine on the work piece. Secondly, the machine tool shall have high enough accuracy, the straightness of the X-Axis, the perpendicularity between X and Y Axis, the perpendicularity of the Spindle to X-Axis and Y-Axis and so on. Kuka robot is equipped for quick automatic tool changing. We have laser tracker Leica AT***-LR to check the accuracy of the machine, and large Coordinate Measuring Machine（CMM) to check the dimension of the work piece.  We also have several  *-axis, *-axis CNC machines and lots of general machines, all of these together can satisfy most of machining tasks required by many industries, such as Aerospace, Nuclear, Mining and Tunneling, Power Generation etc.
