1. Introduction

Kneader has good functions of shearing, stirring and kneading. It is widely used for chemical, plastic, pencil and resin brake disc industries.

In production of aminoplastic(UFMC/MFMC), the kneader has the advantages of low energy consumption, quick and convenient discharge, long trouble-free operation, easy maintenance. It is widely accpeted by cutsomers from vairous kinds of area.

2). Type and specification

We produce two types of kneader to meet customer’s need:

1). Bottom discharge (type A): it is esay to be installed in a assembly line and has good dehydration effect; and it has the advantages of low labor intensity, good working environment and high level mechanization.

2). Inclinded cylinder type (type B): it has the advantages of quick output speed, even moisture and small grain size.

We have four models of kneader for selection: **0L, ***0L, ***0L and ***0L. Small kneader is suitable for the production of small batch and color powder, and it is easy for cleaning and color change.
