Kitting occurs when order requirements get very specific on volumes and there is a need for precision and accuracy. McKenna is accustomed to sourcing cartons on our client’s behalf to begin the kitting process. We have decades of experience in the assembling of kits and orders are received without incurring any additional time delays in the fulfillment process. These kits often include many different SKU’s with many different quantities. Our staff of trained specialists become accustomed to our clients products and know the best ways to pick orders for maximum efficiency.
