Brief Introduction
KESH-222 is a water-base cleaning agent, environmental protection formula , excluding national restrictions on the use of F, Cl, Br and other ODS substances; With excellent cleaning performance, permeability, bring brightness to the hard surface and leave no trace after washing. Can effectively remove the dirt, wax, dirt and other contaminates on the surface of the parts no matter cleaning by immersion, ultrasonic or manual wipes ; Easy to rinse, biodegradable.

Recommend use technology  

1.Cleaning by immersion, ultrasonic or manual wipes;

2.For aluminum and aluminum alloy, copper and copper alloy, ceramics, glass, plastics cleaning, generally use temperature in 50 ～ 60 ℃, concentration in 5% ~ 20%;

3.For stainless steel, plastic and other hard surface cleaning, generally use temperature in 70 ～ 80 ℃, concentration in 5% ~ 20%.

Note:The cleaning temperature and concentration can adjust according to the contamination conditions of the workpiece surface; When dilution and rinsing, suggest use D.I water.

Packaging, storage and transportation

Packing: 25kg/drum in plastic drum ,200kg/drum in plastic drum, or packed according to customer requirements.

Avoid high temperature and mixed with impurities, don't mixed packaging or mixed use with other products when storage, transport and use, the packing containers should be clean. The cap should be sealed to preserve after opened for using, store in a cool and dry place,avoid directly sunlight.If the product is static placed for a long time, the product's appearance will change into yellow liquid, ,is a normal phenomenon, please shake evenly before using.
