Technical
data:Most gold is the alloy of silver and copper
excepting *4K (pure gold). For example, *8K gold includes
*8/*4 (*5%) gold and 6/*4 (*5%) copper, or silver &
copper or silver. Therefore *8K gold products have
different densities according to their
different ratios. KBD***0KY can test the karat and density
of gold, but can not distinguish the content of alloy.
Thus gold karat should be divided into three typical
alloy samples: gold-copper alloy, gold-silver-copper alloy,
gold-silver alloy.
Generally speaking, gold-copper alloy looks reddish,
gold-silver alloy looks bluish and gold-silver-copper alloy
looks yellowish.
KBD***0KY can show the gold karat and density directly
by testing the gold-silver-copper alloy.And according to
the market demand, by adopting the special design of
software, the machine will show HI when the gold karat
is higher than *4K, and show LO when gold karat is lower
than 9K.
Functions:
The machine has two modes; one is for testing gold, the other
is for testing platinum. Under gold mode, it can show
karat,density and purity of gold; Under platinum mode, it can
show purity% and density of platinum.
It can be used for testing density of other precious metals,
such as silver, copper, tin and so on. And it also
can be used as general weighing balance.
The operation is simple, only two weighing steps, the testing
result can be showed directly.
Based on the marketing demand, special software was designed.
The value of HI and LO can be set by users
freely.
It will show HI when the value is higher than upper limit;
and show LO when the value is lower than low limit.
No stains and scratches left on sample after testing.
It's suitable for testing solid metals without precious
stones.
