Application:
JY is used in power plant, power station,elecric power company, electricity transformation industry, railway , petrochemical, metallurgy indulstries and etc. Efficiently and fast removing water, gas and mechanical impurities from unqualified transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, instrument transfromer oil, capacitor oil, high voltage switch oil and etc. It can be used as special equipment for electric power transformer maintenance. Also can be served as the vacuum oiling equipment and drying equipment.

Feature:

High-efficiency degassing and dehydration system, it has adopted vacuum flash vaporization technology to remove water and gas in oil.
Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in the oil, Function of automatically detecting the pollution degree of filter element
Safe heating system with optimized heating pipeline, temperature increased quickly,steadily and evenly.
Automatic temperature control system, liquid-level control system, defoaming control system, pressure protecting system and excellent configuration can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance.
Online work, allowing unattended operation,indicators showing the operation condition..
Purifiers are equipped with interlock protection system,interlocks of oil pumping system, vacuum system and heating system, to avoids any possible negative impacts caused by mal-operation.
Indication for changing filters, stop device for overloaded filters.
Stop device for electricity leakage and overloaded power to protect the motor.
Phase-sequence and open-phase protection,Safety control for sudden shut-down.

Optional mode:

PLC intelligent control, touch screen and dynamic display.
On line moisture meter
