The machine is of cone structure. Multi-layer orifice plates and passing media and combined filtering device are arranged on the cone or inside the cylinder. Cable mixing shaft and variable angle and variable lead screw mixing device are arranged inside the machine. During filtering, materials are mixed, lifted and scraped, and cake is automatically pushed out during discharging. The unit can be vacuum filtered or pressurized. During the filtration process, the scraper in the machine continuously scrapes off the cake on the screen, so that the materials can be filtered under the condition of thin cake, and the passing rate is very high. If the materials need to be washed, the slurry can be dried in the machine, and then the washing liquid is added, and the rotary mixing of scraper, cable mixer and extrusion screw in the machine is used to re-mix the slurry cake. At this time, the re-slurry material is passed through pressurization or vacuumization to form the slurry cake. In this way, the materials can be thoroughly washed through repeated re-slurping, and finally the cake can be extruded out of the machine.
