Proceuders: 
1. Buyer confirms the SCO and sends ICPO + Banking Details, Company Registration Certificate along

With Buyers Tank Storage Agreement TSA from their Tank Farm in Word format as Proof of Buyers

Storage availability and readiness.

2. Seller confirms and signs Buyers TSA as their Supplier and issues the Commercial Invoice C.I. for

The requested Quantity to Buyer. Buyer seals & signs and returns to Seller.

We  issue & send NCNDA & IMFPA to fill seal sign by party involved inside the Transaction.

3. Seller issues to Buyer the below POP Documents:

A. Tank Storage receipt TSR.

B. Statement of Product Availability with GPS Coordinate and Tank details.

C. Authority to Verify ATV by calling or emailing Seller Tank Farm to confirm fuel.

D. Tank to Tank Injection Agreement TTIA to be signed by Buyer and Buyers Tank Farm and returned

To Seller with Authorization to Inject ATI from Buyer Tank Farm within *8 hours for the issuance of

the Unconditional Dip Test Authorization DTA.

4. Seller issues Unconditional Dip Test Authorization DTA to Buyer.

Buyer conducts Dip Test within ****8 Hours. Signed NCNDA & IMFPA is excuted by all parties involved.

5. With positive Q&Q Test Result, Product is transferred to Buyers Tank and Buyer pays for the Product

by MT**3 within *8 hours. All Export Documents are immediately transferred to Buyer.

All Intermediaries are paid by Seller within *4 hours of Product Payment.
