Port of Destination: FOB ROTTERDAM PIPE TO TANK PROCEDURES FOR THE TRIAL SPOT ORDER ONLY

1. Seller issues SCO to buyer.

2. Buyer issues LOI or ICPO, a copy of their Business Certificate/License and a copy of their TSA to seller.

3. Seller issues CI and PPOP to buyer. PPOP documents include Certificate of Origin, Export Permit and Certificate of Ownership.

4. Buyer provides a current TSR to seller.

5. Seller issues Sales and Purchase Contract for the spot order for buyer to countersign. After signing from both sides, the contract is regarded as valid.

6. Within 5 days after contract signing, seller begins to inject fuel to buyers tank via pipeline transfer.

7. When injection has completed, buyer conducts and completes Q & Q within *8 hours.

8. Buyer remits full payment via MT**3 within *4 hours after item 7 is completed. Sellers bank transfers the full set of documents and title to buyer against payment.

9. Buyer pays all intermediary parties within *4 hours after receiving title.
