Product Features:
JMP series automatic setting machine can pick up and set various specifications of end products, such as standard brick, hollow brick and solid brick and paving block etc. through the device of clamping replacement. And it is with wide application and high efficiency.
1. The complete setting machine is controlled by PLC, which maintains high automation level, easy operation and simple maintenance. It is very convenient to produce more types of end products and fulfill setting operation.
2. Easy, stable and accurate positioning can be came true by electric components and electromagnetic brake, the positioning precision can be up to micro meter level.
3. The application of servo electric motor working as independent driving institution makes the machine response quickly, be controlled precisely, so that it can set the adobes in layers of dislocation.
4. The adobe clamping device is controlled by pneumatic servo valve. The air supply pressure is adjustable to suit different adobes strength, therefore, it always ensures a fit chucking power and the machine runs stably and flexibly.
5. The layout of positioning components is flexible. The design which adopted Siemens PLC, Berger Lahr servo motor and domestic quality electric components is more in accordance with domestic operation level and detailed condition of different brick making machine.
6. Compared with similar imported equipments, the setting machines performance is outstanding, but price is less than 1/2 cost of imported ones. The performance-cost ratio is obviously low. Moreover, its after-sale service is featured by short distance, speedy response, and low maintenance cost.
