This machine applies to fill cosmetics, such as mascara, lipstick, pen type lipstick, Large plastic pen , small plastic pen, Fine shape lipstick, Don't touch the glass lipstick, vermicelli, lip balm, lip gloss etc. Even if the raw material has glitter powder or pearly luster.

1.20L pressure and heating stiring double material basket. The temperature and stiring speed is can adjust.
2. Fill 12pcs one time by 12 nozzles.
3.Piston filling system is driven by step motor and numerical control. Spindle is driven by cylinder.
4. Stiring device is driven by motor.
5. Moulds lifting function is driven by step motor and numerical control.
6.Patent nozzle pipe heating plate design.
7. Colours man-machine touch panel interface and omnibearing numerical control. Operation is easy and precise.
