Friction hoist uses friction transmission power.The steel wire rope is put on the friction pad of the friction wheel. And the hoisting container is hanged at both ends of the rope.The balanced steel wire rope is hanged at the bottem of the container.The steel wire rope is pressed on the friction wheel tightly when lifting in a certain degree of positive pressure.The rope moves together with the friction wheel under the influence of the friction, in order to achieve promotion er lowering of the container.The hoist of this series achieve changing speed through electrical transmission.

Technical Features

1.Spindle and the wheel hub are forged entirely. And the hub is jointed together with friction wheel using strength.
2.Friction pad uses high performance friction pads, so the frition coefficient is high and the wear resistance is good.It can absorb vibration of the wire rope to prevent the rope from reversing.The wire can not be soaked and the corrosion resistance is strong.
3.Friction wheel uses all-wilded structure and spoke with the overall plate convergence.
4.Rolling bearing chooses double row radial spherical rollor bearing,allowing micro-jump around the bearing center to supplement the force due to shaft bending brought about by the angular displacememt.
5.The low speed shaft of planetary reducer uses gear coupling,  the high speed shaft of planetary reducer uses elastic rod coupling.
6.Brake hydraulic cylinder rear-mounted disc brake,each brake is equipped with brake disc springs weary detect switches.
7.Use lowspeed DC motor, the stator for the split type, the rotor is suspended directly connected with the spindle end flange to drive with the work rolls which can avoid reducer,even the device and the motor shaft in the bearing and lubircation stations,transmission stable,low noise.
8.DC-controlled power uses thyristor armature reverse manner and choose jiont mode of  the main wire according to the system and electrical wiring capacity and size.When a group of rectifier bridge fails,it can be switched to emergency operation using independent dual system hydraulic station such as full loaded,half speed or half speed or half loaded,full speed.
