This baking powder is a new type of high-grade leavening agent by
adding GDL based on disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate(SAPP), sodium
bicarbonate. The product is widely used in wheat flour food

cakes, cookies, walnut cakes,etc. It has strong continuous foaming
ability, can improve the bulkiness of fermented flour products,
