FOB SPOT PROCEDURE
1. The Buyer Company confirm soft corporate offer and issue ICPO.
2. Seller issue commercial invoice with tank number (s) of the product in seller tanks at loading port Rotterdam, buyer sign and return the commercial invoice with a copy of Chattered Party Agreement (CPA) or Tank Agreement.
3. All parties sign the NCNDA/ IMFPA commission protection fee and seller issues ATS/C.
4. Seller issues Fresh SGS Q&Q Report, paid by the Buyer and seller issues the below POP Documents to buyer.
A: Refinery Commitment To Supply,
B: Export License.
C: Product Passport Analysis Report.
D, SGS Q&Q Report (Fresh)
E, Tank Storage Receipt (TSR).
5. Upon the certified SGS Quantity and Quality confirmation by the buyer and Buyer provides Tank receipt (TR) / Vessel Details in Rotterdam & (NOR to seller) for product Transfer.
6. Upon complete injection to buyers vessel, Seller release Hard copy of SGS and soft copies of All Full POP documents, Buyer pay **0% of the available product via MT**3 TT wire transfer as per CI, DIP and PAY.
7. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the Transaction as per the executed NCNDA commission protection fee and transfers Title of Ownership to the Buyers name.
8. Term Contract commences, and Roll and Extension shall apply..
