PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues ICPO with full banking info with corporate profile. Buyer must also have logistics vessel or storage tank available to load within 5 days after Q&Q.
2. Seller issues the following proof of product documents to buyer

• Refinery Registration Certificate.
• Refinery license to export.
• Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
• Statement of availability of the product
• Certificate of origin

1. Buyers bank then sends proof of funds to sellers bank via bank to bank email.
2. Seller then sends Commercial Invoice to Buyer. Buyer signs and returns commercial invoice (CI).
3. Buyer issues a payment guarantee to accounts specified in CI
4. Seller provides:
   • SGS Analysis Report
   • Authority To Sell Letter
   • Dip Test Authorisation And Authorisation Letter 
5. Buyer dip tests and pays **0% then vessel is loaded by buyer (After dip test is executed). Buyer agrees to pay all storage charges of flow-through tank. Buyer pays the seller by SWIFT MT**3 to accounts specified in the invoice.
6. Seller transfers title ownership documents and vessels are loaded.
