Hello,
We have Jet Fuels, LPFO D6 Virgin, & ULSD is traded through
Rotterdam/Houston. Once we have a CIS and CP, we put the
Buyer on the phone Direct with Seller, they negotiate the price.

Our mode of operations thus far:
We are direct to the following corporations;
1a. Houston: An official Seller (Titleholder) in America who is
very well established and respected in the market. The official
seller (titleholder) have accounts with Shell Motiva and Shell
Western Trading. They have Majors and Mini-Majors as both Suppliers
and Exit Clients. They are very experienced in purchases and sales
of Aviation fuels for Majors and they are purchasing fuel with
their own cash up in SBLCs/BGs to guarantee purchases and lock in
prices. They sell into BP through a BP minority owned purchasing
company, but they are always looking for direct sales especially
into Rotterdam. Their fuel from other Majors is via one of their
Supply Clients, but they would like direct access to other Majors
for your future reference.
1b. Rotterdam: They have access to negotiate contracts with Rosneft
in Russia for a term contract; *0,**0,**0 million barrels annually
(5,**0,**0 million barrels monthly) and a fixed price under FOB
terms in Rotterdam. This is where investors (buyers resellers) make
substantial profits. An IRDLC is the banking instrument used with
direct access to allocations, one needs to submit a CIS, CP to
commence with discussions, with a TSA (TSR) and eventually POF from
bank to bank to be administered.
1c. The Registration for investors under Aviation fuels and LPFO/D6
is for Buyers (Resellers) are attached with CIS, and BCL verbiage.
Seller pays commercial fees for the brokers/intermediaries.
2a. An official Mini Major who are owners of refineries in Europe,
Middle East and Oceana and are very well respected and known to all
official buyers worldwide. They supply **7 million barrels of Jet
Fuel to over *0 airports and they are expanding. They can handle
over *4 million tonnes of Jet Fuel. They supply to Majors, Super
Majors and Aviation Airlines. They have 9 million cubic m3 of
storage capacity in *2 Countries/ 5 continents. They are listed on
the New York Stock Exchange and have offices based in worldwide
Countries. They have pipeline, terminal and shipping companies for
distribution and sales and own **5 tanks storage units, a capacity
of 1.2 million cubic m3 which makes it one of the largest petroleum
terminals in the Baltic. The Group has **5 vessels on long term
charters at any one time.
2b. The CIS forms attached with CP and LOI must be submitted for
KYC protocols. A banking instrument is applicable for all contracts
and POF is administered from bank to bank. The Buyer will need to
confirm fees(commissions) for the brokers/intermediaries. This is
non-negotiable.
