Jelly powder is a type of high quality gelling agent which is formed by further process of carrageenan .It is mainly used on the production of jelly and pudding .

Reference produce process: 1. Weigh a good jelly powder and mix with sugar, and then put them into the total amount of cold water. 2. In the conditions of stirring ,heat to boilingï¼ˆ*****0â„ƒï¼‰and keep for ***0 minutes. 3. Filtration and then add in juice, when the gum liquid cooling to about *0â„ƒ, add in sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acidï¼Œpigments and flavor. 4. Filling and sealing module, *5 degrees pasteurization and keep for *0 minutes. 5. Cooling, drying and packaging them.
