The Zio Ciro transportable wood oven is a real wood-burning oven, small in size, the hob and the dome are made entirely of high quality refractory concrete. For this reason the oven is superior to a wood oven madeof inox stainless steel, because the refractory material has a greater thermal flywheel and it maintains a longer cooking temperature which allows you to cook for a longer period even after turning off the fire. It is an oven ready to use, pre-assembled, insulated and finished. It is a light oven and it can be transported and used in small spaces such as terraces, balconies and small gardens but also in the kitchen or tavern. It consumes a small amount of wood and reaches in a few minutes the cooking temperature.

is a proper woodburning oven of small dimensions; high quality refractory concrete
floor and dome.
This high quality in materials guarantee the same heat retention qualities as a
proper woodburning oven, in other words it retains the temperature even after the
fire extinguishes.

is ready to be used  and does not need to be assembled, insulated or externally
finished.

weight is very low and it can be easily moved around and fit in small places such
as roofgardens, balconies, small gardens, parch and campsites. It consumes very
