Fire fighting method: Spray water to cool the container, if possible, move the container from the fire site to an open place. Containers exposed to fire must be evacuated immediately if they become discolored or sound from safety relief devices.

Extinguishing media: foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide, sand. Extinguishing with water is ineffective.
