Process PID Control Process PID control can be divided into two types: Speed and torque process PID ***** is speed process PID control when taking process PID control output as speed of the Inverter, and it is torque process PID control when taking process PID control output as torque of the Inverter.Speed process PID control is applicable to all drive modes, while torque process PID control is applicable to vector control 1 W/O PG only, and not applicable to other drive modes. Speed process PID control is often applied to: Pressure control: Take pressure signal as the feedback quantity and adjust speed of the motor, which can control the constancy of pressure. Flow Control: Take flow signal as the feedback quantity and adjust speed of the motor, which can control the constancy of flow. Temperature control: Take temperature signal as the feedback quantity and adjust speed of the motor, which can control the constancy of temperature. Torque process PID control is often applied to: Tension control: Take tension signal as the feedback quantity and adjust torque current of the motor, which can control the constancy of tension.
