The Insujet is a European designed insulin jet administration system designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The insujet is calibrated for use with U**0 insulins. The device has been developed for diabetic people suffering from needle phobia or for those who prefer administration without a needle.

The insujet is a device that can be used to administer insulin without a needle, this is done by presurizing the liquid through a small orifice, with creates a high pressure jet of the insulin that can penetrate the skin and underlying tissue. The pressure is generated by a spring, which is optimised for subcutaneous insulin delivery. Combined with a unique automatic injection system, this results in a virtually painless insulin administration.

Administration can only take place at a safe pressure point of the device on the skin. This system prevents wet injections to occur and make the insujet an accurate system to use.
