INTENDED USE

Toxoplasma(TOX) is an obligate, intracellular, parasitic protozoan that causes the disease toxoplasmosis found worldwide. Both human being and animal are generally susceptible. The average infection rate is 5.*7% in normal domestic. Toxoplasmosis is not only an important medical disease, but also can cause death to patients with immunologic function injury or inhibitor such as HIV/AIDS, organ transplantation and malignant tumor etc. The most important situation is pregnant women infected with toxoplasma, no matter the clinical symptoms exist, about half of them can occur vertical infection during pregnancy and cause abortion, stillbirth, and fetal congenital defect or deformity (shape deformity, functional mental retardation), etc.

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is one kind of herpes virus which is the most common virus of cause of fetal congenital infection. It can infect body tissues and organs of patient child, such as hematopoietic system, respiratory system, nervous system, digestive system and urinary system. According to statistics, the infection rate was 0.*5% ~ 2.5% of all live births. About *0% of the infected children were born with microcephaly, brain edema, intracranial or intraabdominal calcification and other clinical symptoms, the other *0% were born without clinical symptoms, but *0% ~ *5% of them will produce sequelae including hearing impairment, mental retardation etc..

Rubella virus (RV) is the only member of the genus of herpes simplex virus of togaviridae. It is a common pathogen causing rash diseases (Sometimes asymptomatic) of respiratory tract infection. Human being is the only host. Pregnant women, especially in early pregnancy, infected with rubella virus can lead to fetal stillbirth, miscarriage or fetal malformation of congenital rubella syndrome.

The test kit is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus and rubella virus infection.

COMPONENTS

1. Test card(The test items corresponding positions of test line were coated with recombinant TOX-Ag, recombinant TOX-Ag, recombinant CMV-Ag, recombinant CMV-Ag and recombinant RV-Ag, the position of the control line are coated with goat anti-mouse IgG antibody. Conjugate pad of each test item are coated by mouse anti human IgM (μ chain) gold conjugates, mouse anti human IgG (R chain) gold conjugates, mouse anti human IgM (μ chain) gold conjugates, mouse anti human IgG (R chain) gold conjugates and mouse anti human IgG (R chain) gold conjugates relatively. *0 test cards/ box

SPECIMAN COLLECTION

1. Serum samples were collected from the venous blood by conventional method. Plasma sample: add **0ul heparin solution (1%) to 5 ~ *0ml blood; or sodium citrate solution (3.8%) to plasma according to the proportion of 1:9; or EDTA solution (*5%) 0.*4ml to 5ml plasma.

2. Samples can be stored at 4 °C if tests will be done within 5 days, otherwise stored at **0 °C.

3. Freeze-thaw should not be more than 3 times.

4. The test result is invalid for hemolysis sample.
 

STORAGE AND STABILITY

The Rapid Test can be stored at any temperaturebetween ***0°C.Do not freeze. The stability of the kit under these storageconditions is *2 months. Use up the reagents as soon as possible after the kit is unpacked.
