Vigosili FV***1 is a hydrophilic block silicone emulsion which is
polymerized of siloxanes, polyamines, polyethers. It is suitable
for cotton and rayon, imparts finished fabrics with super soft and
smooth handle and very good hydrophilicity.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Hydrophilic and super soften finishing of cotton, T/C, and other
natural fiber fabrics.
DILUTION METHOD
Add 4 parts of water into 1 part of Vigosili FV***1 slowly and stir
until homogeneous emulsion is attained.
APPLICATION METHOD FOR REFERENCE
Padding process:
*0 ~ *0g/L, pick up *0%, one dip one nip → Dry → Heat setting
Impregnation process:
2 ~ 4% (o.w.f) for *5 ~ *0min. at room temp. → Spin-dry→*0ºCDry
→**5ºC~**0ºC bake for *0S~*0S.
The dosage and process can be adjusted according to customers'
situation.
PACKING

STORAGE
One year. Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse at room
temperature.
