JINQIU MACHINERY was established in 1969, is famous brand of Hydraulic Press Brake and hydraulic shear made in china. From 1979, we start to make press brake and shear. In 1993, we were the first company in china to make electric-hydraulic synchronized press brake, and then we developed CNC tandem press brake. Till now, our biggest hydraulic press brake can be up to 3000T / 7000mm. . Series "JINQIU" brand hydraulic press brake & hydraulic swing beam shear are designed and manufactured in conformity with DIN Standard. Honoring Contract and keeping Promise of Jiangsu Province for several years. At same time, It is the High and New Technology Company of Jiangsu Province. Multi-functions:

1.      Punching: the machine can punch various holes on steel plate, angle steel, C-chennal, H-beam, round tube, square tube and so on: round hole, square hole, Elliptical hole, round chamfer,

2.      Bending: the punching station can be installed with press brake tool to do short length bending. It’s very conveneint for angle steel tower fabrication.

3.      Shearing: flat steel plate, square bar, round bar, angle steel, C-Chennal, H beam;

4.      Notching: can cut 90 degree corner for steel plate, angle steel. The function is very widely used in electric tower fabrication or steel cabinet making.

Standing on flat workshop floor, the ironworker just need electrical power connection to be ready for work. The hydraulic Iron worker has two separate hydraulic working stations. One is for the punching end cylinder, the other operating shearing end cylinder, the shear cylinder provides the power to three shearing stations and notching station.
