Cutting of the silver wire or soldering platelets from a coil and stamping onto the carbide tips.

Transferring the prepared carbide carbide tips into the ceramic-equipped and water-cooled soldering tongs.
Brazing of the carbide tips onto the saw blade.
Loading and unloading of the unbrazed and brazed saw blades automatically by robot system.
