1.Vibration System:
a. the vibration system has 2 parts, table vibration and head press vibration. table vibration, driven by the hydraulic motor, makes the compress force in an instant to *0kn, makes the vibration system get the horizontal force; head press vibration, driven by the 2 imported high performance motor, so as to it makes the vibration system get the vertical compress force. So horizontal force and vertical compress force makes the vibraion spreading evenly around the products, shorten the moulding cycle, improve the strength.

b. Touch screen controller, English and Chinese version for easy-operating between the local and our technician.

3. Hydraulic System:
a. Hydraulic valve (Calyca, Taiwan) to adjust the flow and the speed of oil, to promise the machine working stable
