Q1,Why shed about **2 strands when I initially ran my hands through the bundle?
A,It is the floating hair that are not brushed cleanly ,it will not shed anymore after brushed , it is not the quality problem, if the hair is shedding from the weft, then the hair will shed endlessly. there is another case is that some hair will broken since it is very soft and thin,also, pls being understanding this point.

Q2. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair every **4days,Using a soft brush or wide tooth brush, start at the bottom and work your way up slowly. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions

Q3.Can they be straightened, curled ?
A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the hair.However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

.Q4.why the virgin hair dry and split at the end?
A. because virgin hair is natural,no any chemical treatment, when the hair grow it become dry and split at the end, but it doesn't look well, and we will cut the end for you before shipping to you
