Principle

PEW series jaw crusher will crush the big materials into small ones, and then pass through the bucket elevator and the feeder into the upper distribution of the turn plate of the main unit. And when the main unit works, numbers of rollers are moving in the ring, and the centrifugal force will force them to the edge of the turn plate and fall down. Then the air compressor will inhale air from outside and bring the powder into the classifier. The rotating impeller inside the quality inspector will let the qualified powder pass and the unqualified powder will fall back and grind repeatedly until it is qualified. Finally the powder will come out from the discharge valve of powder collector.
