 SIDE SHEETS : Perforated metal sheets are made of AISI **0 stainless steel. The hole diameter is determined according to the product that will be dried. The ledder located behind the dryer enables to reach
the upper part of the machine. Walkway at the top of the machine is designed wide enough to work comfortably.

BURNER
Working with LPG and natural gas, an octagonal multi-point injection is made of stainless steel, offers high-and low-flame feature.
AUTO-IGNITION:  By means of automatic fire sensor and a safety solenoid, burner operates fully secured. Fuel evaporator (for LPG) provides maximum combustion efficiency.

POWER PANEL : PLC control panel, automatic or manual operation mode and availability of operating the program in 3
languages. (Turkish-English-Russian) LCD touch screen is easy to use. Makes written and audible warning in cases of failure, thus malfunctions can intervene in the short period of time. Multi-point product temperature control and safety system
detects the temperature of the burning gas and runs off the system safely when necessary. The severity of the flame can be seen through the flame monitors. With the tachometer showing the rate of metering
rolls, speed of the metering rolls can be adjusted. Also the safety pushs located in front and behind of the dryer completely stops the dryer in case of emergency.

METERING ROLL
Gear motor chain gear system transmits the
movement to metering rolls. With the help of the the inverter, by adjusing desired speed dosage is provided. Electrical reverse feature enables cleaning of accumulated sediments. Large and spacious interior provides easy access to rolls covers the lower auger and roll. Thus, cleaning and maintenance can be done easily. Upper and lower augers conneced by suspended cestarmid bearings, Long-lasting operation has been achieved.
