TONTEN TM LFC refractory coatings are made of aluminosilicate refractory mixed water, can be used to STMMA, EPS and PMMA foamed pattern for iron casting in LFC process(lost foam casting process).

TONTEN TM LFC refractory coatings are highly permeable refractory materials, it is suitable for grey iron and ductile iron castings.The coatings are in high viscosity with a special anti-mobility, this will make coating layer to be much smooth and strong, there will be no cracks and wrinkles because of movement after coating. The coating has a very wide water dilution, for manufacturers to find the best coating thickness to eliminate metal penetration and carbon-rich defects, to eliminate the surface cleaning problems.
