2.Main Parts
(1)Paper Delivery Part
Adopt double suction and double delivery individual drive control,solve the problem of warping paper and the difficult paper delivery because of different AB length.
(2)Gluing part
Using hot glue and cold glue, hot glue positions rapidly and cold glue has strong gluing capacity, not gumming.The hot melt adhesive box is made of aluminum glue box, and the heating speed of multiple single-head heating rods is fast. The cold glue box is made of stainless steel glue coated box to resist corrosion.
 
(3)Paper Transferring Part
The paper transport structure of AB pieces is adopted separately to avoid the paper box abrasion caused by the error of two pieces of paper.
The motion control servo positioning system is adopted to ensure more accurate positioning of the carton and more rapid digital modulator.
 
 
(4)The Electrical Part
The whole machine adopts PLC control system.Electrical control components adopt international famous brands to ensure high efficiency and stability of the electrical system.Man-machine dialog operating system, easy to operate, automatic display fault diagnosis.
 
(5)TheMainMachinePart
The machine has many functions: non-scratch control system; Fast man-machine interface switching function; High precision servo position tracking structure; double suction and double feed mode; hot and cold gluing.
