Applications and Parameters

1.Application: Mainly used in the mining, metallurgical, cement, chemicals, construction, building    materials, electric power, telecommunications, textiles, and transportation departments.

2.Parameters of Hydraulic Fluid Coupling

Transmission Form : Single cavity, with longer delay chamber and enlarged annular chamber, outer wheel drive, Connected to the motor with rigid coupling, connected the working machine with a pair of elastic sleeve pin coupling.

Characteristic: as the same as type YOXVS, starting overload coefficient TgQ=1.1, longest starting time t=*0’’.

Application: as the same as type YOXV, but the mounting and dismounting of fluid couplings more convenient, which is no need to move motor and working machine. It is only necessary to remove the pin and move the fluid coupling towards working machine at a “C” distance, then the fluid couplings can be lifted. It is also easy to replace the elastic block, but the assemble axial length is long, thus request high coaxiality of fluid couplings. Dynamic balance of fluid couplings is recommended.
