Universal fried powder. It is used as fried food ingredients, enabling crisp and juicy taste, and the cured food is fried after sizing, crispy and juicy, smooth appearance, without scales. For example, the use method of fried chicken is as follows:
Step 1: wash the chicken wings, prepare fried garlic powder and water (cold water or ice water).
Step 2: if the wing surface remains intact, a few holes can be made on the wing back in order to cure well chicken wings and not affecting the appearance,.
Step 3: take powder and water at the ratio of powder: water =10:20, and mix water and powder evenly.
Step 4: pour the size into the wing, and ensure that the wing is evenly coated with size; fill it into a robust bag for beating for half an hour, then store it in the refrigerator for static curing for 1-2 hours (Note: the duration from mixing to frying can not be more than 3 hours, otherwise the size effect will be affected); afterwards drain off the excess size until there is no large amount of size.
Step 5: control the frying time flexibly according to the heat control of chicken wings (control oil temperature within 170ƒ½180ƒ) until the cooking is finished.
