1.Product Introduction
PY spring cone crusher is applied to fine and ultra-fine crushing of solid rocks, ores, slags and refractory materials. Different from the structure of the traditional cone crusher, it adopts static pressure crushing based on the lamination crushing theory. Featuring high crushing strength, high productivity, convenient adjustment, low operational cost and energy conservation, its widely applied in metallurgical, mining, construction, chemical, phosphorous salts and refractory materials industries, especially the crushing of hard and medium hard ores and rocks like iron, bronze, limestone, quartz, granite, basalt and diabase. The chamber depends on the usage of ores. The standard is suitable for secondary crushing, the medium is for fine crushing and the short type is for ultrafine crushing.
2.Working Principle
PY spring cone crusher has two cones, one is the fixed cone (also called outer cone), and the other is moving cone (also called inner cone). When the moving cone gets close to the fixed one, materials will be squeezed, impacted and bent in the sector which becomes the crushing chamber; while the moving cone deviates from the fixed one, the crushed materials will be discharged by gravity from the bottom of the cone which becomes the discharging outlet. Materials will be fed from the inlet. When it works, the fluid coupling and the small cone gear drive the big cone gear at the bottom of the eccentric sleeve to rotate. When the moving cone gets close to the fixed one, materials are crushed into the crushing chamber under the action of pressing, impact and bending of the moving cone; when it leaves from the fixed one, the destructible materials are discharged from the lower part of the machine.
3.Performance Characteristics
1.Continuous rotation of the moving cone makes it possible for alternate and continuous crushing and discharging with high productivity.
2.Being pressed, bent and cut between two cones, its easy to crush materials with low energy consumption.
3.Even granularity, cubic shape, less content of needle-like materials, high quality of finished products.
4.The spring assurance system is the specially-designed tramp iron spring safety device which enables metal substance to pass through the chamber without damaging the machine.
5.Dry oil or water sealing is adopted to avoid them from going into the machine. Thus, it guarantees the cleanness of the lubricating grease, prolongs the useful time of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing and makes it run stably.
4.Structure
PY spring cone crusher is mainly composed of the frame, moving truss plate, fixed truss plate, spring device, powder tray, and the transmission shaft.
