suitable for friction stretch drilling and tapping of thin-walled
products. The effective processing stroke is ***0mm on the X axis,

combination enables the simultaneous completion of flow drilling
and tapping.
The drilling capacity of the equipment is between ***6mm in
diameter, which is suitable for flow drilling and tapping of pipe
products or plate products. In addition, this equipment can also be
used for milling or engraving.
The equipment is equipped with 4 sets of pneumatic tooling
fixtures. Workers only need to place the products on them and press
the switch. The clamping is convenient and fast. When changing
products, the fixture adjustment is also very convenient. When the
width of the product changes, it is only necessary to move the
cylinder forward and backward to lock it. When the length of the
product changes, just move the entire set of tooling left and right
to the appropriate position and then lock it.
For products with a length of less than 1 meter, two workstations
on the left and right can be set up for loading and unloading
without stopping the machine for continuous processing. In the
Y-axis direction, 5 to 8 products can be placed at a time according
to their width for sequential processing, saving loading and
unloading time.
