Raw Material: 

1)Crop stalks (including cornstalks cotton stalks ),grain shell(rice husk) ,peanut shell and stalks, 

cotton stalks,

2)sawdust,branch,bark ,bamboo powder, furfural residue(could be mixed used), 

3)Wood scraps ,Forest harvesting slash, household refuse,scraps produced by paper making factory,all of these could be smashed and briquetting.

 

Notice : The moisture of raw material have to be kept at around *5%, and the length must 

within *0mm.

 

Main Features:

1) Widely used raw material: the raw material includes crop straw, crop husk, groundnut straw and husk, wood sawdust, branch, bark, bamboo power, furfural residue, soy sauce residue, waste wood, waste forest, household garbage ect.

2) Low produce cost: forming die, punch head is the quick-wear part of the equipment, these parts is made by high-tension and wear-resisting raw material. The service time is more than producing **0ton, the average cost is only 2RMB/TON, so the producing cost is very low.

3) With high density: no need to heat the material, and the punch pressure could up to **0ton with high frequency(**0times/min), the temperature made by the punch could up to ******0°C. The curing to the raw material made by forming die and fixed shape die.
