Dispersing Agent MF
Chemical Name: Sodium methyl naphthalene sulfonate condensation 
Appearance: Yellow-brown powder

Property:
1、light yellow to yellow-brown powder, an anion surface active agent. Easily soluble in water, no-toxic, no-inflammable, no-explosive. It has excellent diffuseness and stability, can improve the grinding efficiency. 
2、non-osmotic and foaming, easily soluble in alkali, hard water and inorganic salt. It has good dispersing property and affinity with protein and polyamide. 
3、Good to be mixed with anionic and non-ionized dispersant, but not with cationic dye dispersant.
4、Good thermal stability
5、Dispersing agent MF belong to Anionic surfactant. 
6、Can bright, even the dye color efficiently.

Usage:
1、Mainly used for vat dye dyeing, reactive dye dyeing. It can work as dispersant for pigment pad dyeing; auxiliary for reducing dye powder and slurry. It can also be used in leveling agent in dyeing industry
2、As dispersant in textile printing and dyeing industry: pigment pad dyeing of disperse dye; vat acid dyeing of disperse dye; dye for silk and feather mixture; soluble vat dye dyeing;

Etc. also can be used as dispersant for disperse dye and lake making; filler for commercial dye etc.
3. It also is the dispersant of concrete water reducing agent and coal water slurry.
4. As dispersant in rubber industry. Can disperse sulfur, accelerant, anti-aging agent and some filler (like zinc oxide, barium sulphate, calcium carbonate etc). 2%*4% of the dry powders weight as dosage is preferable. Can make NNO into *0% solution, then grind with others in ball grinder.
5.As dispersant in leather industry. Can disperse and stable the filler.
