• Each fan produced by the company is suitable for international or domestic famous brands of resin and alkali-free glass fiber felt and carbon fiber cloth according to the industry and production environment of users.
• The fan impeller is made of pure glass fiber reinforced plastic, which has high strength and durability due to its special production process. After static and dynamic balance correction, the impeller operates smoothly at high speed without vibration, and the balance accuracy meetsISO****0G2.5 .
• The casing is volute integral type, which can resist various corrosive gases and has good mechanical strength.The drain pipe shall be installed at the lowest part of the casing to ensure the discharge of the generated liquid during the operation of the fan, and the inspection hole shall be reserved at the appropriate position to facilitate the owner to observe and clean the fan impeller.
• The sealing technology of fan has been successfully developed by our company. The so-called fan corrosion is actually the corrosion of shaft and bearing. The sealing technology is to set glass fiber reinforced plastic sealing body at both ends of the shaft, so that the shaft forms glass fiber reinforced plastic protection, and forms a non-contact seal when the shaft is running. It has the advantages of no leakage, zero wear and good sealing effect. The problem of fan shaft and bearing corrosion is solved, the service life of fan is effectively extended, and the requirements of centrifugal fan in the process of environmental protection exhaust gas discharge are met.
• The transmission group is composed of main shaft, bearing box, bearing, coupling, motor, steel bracket, etc.

  
The main shaft is made of 45 #steel with special treatment and finish grinding.
 
Bearing box: it is made of cast iron with two petal bearing box. It is solid and durable. It is connected with screws and fastened as a whole. It is easy to assemble. It is lubricated with synthetic oil. The bearing box is well sealed without leakage, which can prevent acid and alkali gas from invading, and prevent bearing and shaft from being directly corroded by corrosive gas, so as to ensure the service life of bearing in operation.
Bearing: adopt Sweden SKF fan special cylindrical roller bearing, suitable for high-speed operation and excellent load-bearing.
Lubricating oil: it adopts synthetic special lubricating oil for bearing, which has excellent anti-wear, anti-oxidation and thermal stability.
Motor: select the motor of famous manufacturer. Stable operation, long life, low noise and high transmission efficiency.
