Hengda compressors are quipped with high efficienci turbo cooling fan, isothermal engineered intercoolers, ergonamically compact, low speed operation and high performance. Air valves, air intake filters are equipped with 4 micron filter elements to remove maximum amount of dust and grit to maximize piston ring and cylinder life. Uniquely desined turbo-fan cooling systen makes air compressor run at ideal temperature with lower air compression temperatire, low discharge air temperature, lower intercooled temperature and most important lowering crankcase oil temperature to optimize lubrication and leng then life of rotating and sliding components. Carbonization of air valves is best eliminated basis sunthetic oil is used. Low oil level shutdown switch is supplied to protect machine when oil level gets to sub-critical level to prevent fatal damage. For soft voltage areas, star/detal starter with PLC (programmable logic control) supplied on request. Larger than normal applied capacity sized receivers are available as option.
