High Precision Toroidal Coil Splitting Current Transformer

 
Principle:
LZCK Spliting type current transformer is suitable for current measurement and microcomputer protection of distribution equipments in*0kV or *5kV AC power system. It is widely used in not only compact full insulated ring net switchgears and load switch cabinet but also cable distribution boxes because of its small size, light weight, open feasibility and convenient installment .What's more it is used for the power supply in *0kV or *5kV AC power system. It is very convenient that the transformer can be directly installed at connected output and cables. 


Feature:
High quality silicon steel sheet or amorphous alloy with very high magnetic permeability as transmit magnetism material are used in the measuring wiring of LZCK current transformer, so its core can be divided and the magnetic circuit loss is little. The semicircular ring core and secondary windings are poured by high quality epoxy resin or polyurethane or silicon rubber is the fire retardant plastic casing, which has the characteristic of moisture proof, stable performance and dispensing with maintenance.
 
The two half circle of the current transformer encircle the split phase cable tightly and uniformly.It has two configuration formats of single ratio and double rations and two Installation modes of plastic waistband and stainless steel waistband, and it is applicable to all *5mm2 ***0mm2  and *0kV or *5kV cables.
