YUHUAN  DOUBLE  DISC  SURFACE  GRINDER  is  designed  for  high  precision  grinding  of  the  two  paralell  surfaces  of  flat metallic  parts  such  as  bearing,  valve  plate,  carbide  chip,  seal,  oil  pump  vane,  piston  ring,  etc.  It  can  also  grind  the  flat surfaces  of  non-metallic  parts  of  hard  &  brittle  materials  like  glass  and  ceramics.  The  uniquely  sophisticates  &  compact design  of  the  machine  ensures  high  precision  &  efficiency,  and  Yuhuan  Double  Disc  Grinding  has  been  recognized  by the market as one of the most practical grinding solution for mass production of flat parts.
Main Features :
1.Schneider earth leakage protection device for safety performace. 
2.Auto loading and off-loading system is available for automatic production. 
3.Feeding carrier is driven by SIEMENS servo motor, flexible for C through type, oscillating and planetary feeding methods.
4.Integrated crane is equipped for fast & easy replacement of the abrasive wheels
5.Unique hinged feeding carrier is adopted for easy & flexible operation, which also facilitate the wheel dressing & replacement. 
6.Online dressing arm is equipped and driven by the revolving shaft with stepless speed regulating. Upper & lower grinding wheels can be dressed at the same time with high efficiency.
